Kim Masland is a life-long resident of Queens County. Growing up in North Queens with three brothers, Kim was an avid sports player and fan and quickly learned the values of teamwork and communication. 

Upon graduation from Halifax Business Academy, Kim worked with Royal Bank of Canada in Liverpool for eight years in Personal Banking. Kim always carried forth the strong political values of her grandfather, volunteering in many political campaigns. Kim held the position of Chief of Staff for Gerald Keddy, MP, serving the constituents of the ridings of South Shore and South Shore-St. Margaret’s. Kim is very patriotic, has a deep love of our country and province and believes strongly in rural values.
